This policy applies to everything you pay for at Onyx Playy, operated by Onyx Playy (Sole Proprietorship — Lakshay Gupta) in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
Tournaments & events
- Entry fees are not refundable. Once you have paid, your seat is yours and the fee stays with the tournament — whether or not you are able to attend on the day.
- This applies equally if you arrive late, withdraw, or are eliminated in the first round. Please be sure before you register.
- If we cancel the event, you get your entry fee back in full. That includes cancelling for weather, a power failure, or too few entries to run a bracket. We refund to the method you paid with, and allow up to seven working days for it to reach you.
- If we postpone rather than cancel, your seat moves to the new date. Tell us you cannot make it and we will refund you instead — a date you did not choose is not a seat you agreed to.
- Seats are not transferable to another person without asking us first.
Station bookings
- Booking a station places a hold, not a charge. You pay at the counter for the time you actually play.
- Cancel a booking any time before it starts and nothing is owed.
- Where you have prepaid to secure a slot, the amount shown at the time of booking is what applies. If we cannot seat you, that prepayment is returned in full.
Food & drink
- Food is paid for at the counter and prepared to order, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is with the kitchen.
- If something arrives wrong or you are unhappy with it, tell the counter while you are here and we will fix it or not charge you.
Wallet credit
- Wallet credit is closed-loop store credit for use at our arena. It cannot be exchanged for cash, except where law requires it.
- A top-up that fails or is charged twice is refunded in full. Send us the payment reference and we will trace it with our payment partner.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98865 46699 or email support@onyxplayy.com with the mobile number you paid with and the payment reference. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method — we cannot send a card payment back as cash.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on an entry fee this policy says is non-refundable will be contested with the registration record and this page, and it takes far longer than a message to us would.
